Terms for customers

Version 1.0 · Last updated 30 October 2026

In short. Loop helps you find offers, events and loyalty cards from local shops. The shops, not Loop, make the offers and give the rewards. Loop is free for customers and provided as it is.

1. Who we are and what these terms are

These terms are between you and Yone IT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office [registered office address] ("we", "us"). We run Loop, a service under the Custoo name. By creating an account or using the Loop app or website as a customer, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and content policy. If you use Loop for a shop, the terms for shops apply as well.

2. Who can use Loop

You must be 16 or over and live or be in the United Kingdom. Give us true details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at loop@custoo.co.uk if you think someone else is using it.

3. What Loop is, and what it is not

Loop is a platform. Shops post news, offers and events, run loyalty cards, and scan your codes. We are not a party to anything between you and a shop. In particular:

4. How you may use Loop

Use Loop for its purpose, lawfully and considerately. You must not: break the law; post or send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive (see the content policy); use someone else's account; try to get into systems or data you are not allowed to reach; copy or collect data from Loop by automated means; claim offers or collect stamps dishonestly (for example sharing or reusing codes, or collecting stamps you have not earned); or interfere with how Loop works. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will say why where we can.

5. Your information

How we use your information is explained in the privacy policy. Please note that shops you use can see your name and what you do with them.

6. Reporting and hiding

You can report a post that should not be on Loop (see the content policy), and you can hide a post or a shop so it stops reaching you.

7. Our rights in Loop

Loop, its software, design and the names Custoo, Loop and Yone belong to or are licensed to Yone IT Ltd. "Yone" is a registered trade mark. You may use Loop for yourself as these terms allow, and nothing more. Shops own their own posts and pictures.

8. Availability and changes

We provide Loop free of charge to customers and "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions, or that it will suit your needs. We may change, suspend or stop any part of Loop at any time. We will give notice of changes that matter to you where we reasonably can.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that:

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Loop and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires, or if we stop providing Loop. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example sections 3, 9 and 12) continue after your account ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to Loop or the law. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and if you keep using Loop afterwards you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

12. General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Loop for customers. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account; we may transfer our rights to another company that takes over Loop. Nobody else has a right to enforce these terms. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
